Virtual Reference Desk AbstractThe Woodrow Wilson International Center for ScholarsThe Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars is a presidential memorial that fosters scholarship and dialogue in the humanities and the social sciences. Programs of the Center are grouped among four Divisions: Division of United States Studies; Division of International Studies; Division of Regional and Comparative Studies (which includes separate geographically defined programs for Asia, Eastern Europe and Western Europe, Latin America, and the Kennan Institute for Advanced Russian Studies); and Division of Historical, Cultural, and Literary Studies.
